VÊTEMENTS TECHNIQUES KALENJI. NIKE FREE RUN. RAY-BAN WAYFARER

A healthy mind in a healthy body: a lot of reasons drives us to put on our trainers! Whatever the goal is, we are more likely to run, and that's for the better. Come on, girls, on tracks! I can assure you that after the first weeks, it is (almost) fun. Because this blog is intended to present all my outfits without exception, here is my running outfit. You've already seen my pair of Free Run to the city here and there. Let me introduce them in their natural element, what they were bought for in the first place (and also because they're extremely cool, I admit it). Too bad you can not see my bright yellow windbreaker, a real gem!

I am also very proud to announce my participation to a semi-marathon, just that. And about my preparation, these advices might be useful. My team of runners and I will certainly really need them. See ya, it's running time!

  21. I've just started running this past month, and did my first 5K last weekend. Let me tell you, the most difficult thing for me is the mind games. The voice saying "Oh god, I'm so tired. NO KEEP GOING, YOU CAN DO IT! But I cannn't." It's such a battle! I've been looking into getting Nike FreeRunner shoes, but I don't know if they're any good. Could you tell me your thoughts on it?

    1. Haha! I do have exactly the same problem. Sometimes, I jsut DON'T want to run, but I know i have too, it's good for me.. Regarding the shoes, they're super good on short distances. Very comfy. It's perfect for 5/10 km ;-) ANd they look super pretty !
