I tried this recipe this weekend. The shopping list for four people: two beautiful chicken breasts, four buns, two avocados, a lemon, about 300 grams of chips, mature cheddar, two eggs, some sour cream or cottage cheese, a red onion, a nice tomato, Hot Sauce and paprika.

Guacamole first: crush with a fork the avocados and add lemon juice, salt, pepper and hot sauce. Then preheat the oven to 200 °. Prepare the marinade: mix cottage cheese with eggs, pepper, paprika and hot sauce. Cut the chicken breasts (the pieces should have a length of four or five centimeters). Crumble chips. Dip each piece of chicken in the marinade and roll it in the chips, they should be well covered. Once all the pieces topped, place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and hop! let it bake bake for 25 minutes, depend on how you like your chicken grilled.

This is the perfect finger food recipe. But I chose to draw my chicken in a burger (haha, fat passion, when you hold us). I made my grilled burger buns baked with cheese and topped them with guacamole. I put a slice of tomato and onion chicken on bread. And voila!
